The staff at Absolute Pool and Spa are friendly and professional. However, the company seems to be understaffed which translates to long wait times and poor customer service. We’ve been on the weekly maintenance plan for a couple of months now and they’ve cancelled or rescheduled half the time. If the service tech runs into any access issues, they leave and cancel the service rather than contacting the owner to get it sorted.
