I have used Absolute Pool Repair on a few of my properties over the past few years. I used to be a Certified Pool Operator for commercial pools in Florida so my family now has me take care of their pools. Which I do for extra cash. I contacted Absolute Pool Repairs a few weeks ago to replace a pool heater at my mother's property in Vero. From the first call Jeremy and staff was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. He went over the options with me and promptly sent me pricing. I was in a bit of a time crunch and he was straight forward on timing. Great customer service, very responsive, and knowledgeable! Jeremy and I were on the phone for 45 minutes to address the problem with my pool. He sat on the phone with me to troubleshoot my issue and we fixed it together over the phone. It ended up that I just had to change the filter and everything is running smoothly. To take the time to help me over the phone really shows that this company cares about people!! I recommended Absolute Pool Repair to my neighbors, family, and friends!

What a great experience with a great company. I had a leak in my pool. The leak was detected by another company along with an explanation of necessary repairs. That's where the real hassles started. There were delays and unanswered calls, no shows, the hurricane then the holidays, etc. I called several different companies. We have dealt with Absolute Pool Repair for several years and were always very pleased with their service. This time we needed a full resurfacing.
