I can't say enough good things about the service I recently received from Absolute Pool, who has been servicing our pool for the last two years. Last weekend I noticed the water had become cloudy. I let them know immediatly and they sent someone out the next day who began the process to purify the water. Within a few days, the water was crystal clear, once again. Outstanding service that is greatly appreciated.

Well it was a good start. SO communicative and there when they said they'd be. They got part way done with opening this year when the cover encountered a problem. Had a guy out the NEXT day to repair! AMAZING! But then... nothing. Voice mails and numerous text messages (said it was the best way to reach them) and I've not heard a single word. Adam and his team do excellent work but since the family wants to swim, I had to find a new pool company. I wish them all the best

I paid them $150 for 30-40 min of work. And then I was billed ann additional $75! Adam whom I assume is the owner said they would be out on a weekly based to clean and maintain the pool which I happily agreed to as well as what the cost would be after the first service. then I didn’t hear a word from them. Leaving me hanging for almost two weeks. Now the pool is super dirty, and a pump that is not working. Mind you the pump is brand new, the pool liner is brand new.
