Like other negative reviews for Teri’s pool and spa or Superior pools whichever their going by now. (and purchased multiple pool companies like Absolute) Teri’s company has the worse customer service and I’ve even spoken with her multiple times so no wonder the employees are as horrible as she is. No communication, doesn’t answer the phone, no return calls, no shows on appointments, anything that goes wrong with the company is the customers fault. I can't say enough good things about the service I recently received from Absolute Pool, who has been servicing our pool for the last two years. Last weekend I noticed the water had become cloudy. I let them know immediatly and they sent someone out the next day who began the process to purify the water. Within a few days, the water was crystal clear, once again. Outstanding service that is greatly appreciated.
