i accidentally busted a pipe, water was pouring from the bathroom to the next room, called multiple vendors, no one was available, they came out within 30 mins, & fixed it! 💯
I called them, scheduled a time, but then I got a call back saying they were available earlier. Same day I called, they cleaned the main line and replaced the toilets, I was expecting the price to be astronomical, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the outcome. They are my number one for any plumbing issues from now on.
Had set an appointment a week ago and they never showed up as scheduled. When I called the young lady who answered the phone tried to tell me they were running behind and tried to tell me it could be an hour or more before anyone might be able to respond. When I complained about that she then began mocking me and made sarcastic remarks.
