Very responsive, knowledgeable, reasonable pricing and great communication. Nichole and Absolute worked with me to diagnose our hot water heater problem and solve it. Couldn’t ask for more. They’ll be my first call should something come up again.
Had a water main pipe burst outside at my KDH home. Nicole answered the phone and got a tech out within 18 hours (they were very busy, doesn't freeze on OBX much) Kevin showed up promptly, ontime, and repaired the pipe under an hour. Highly recommend this company!
We had a pipe freeze and a water leak. We called Absolute Plumbing and they immediately answered our call. They had someone come out the next morning. Kevin was the plumber and he was professional and kind and wonderful to work with. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the service was excellent. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend!
