I would of left more stars if it allowed me to! Vinny is absolutely incredible. Not just his level/standard of work but the service he provides is quite literally the best!!! I had quotes off other plumbers, they took ages to reply, I had to chase etc. Then I was given Vinnys number by a friend and he came the next day, quoted me for the work required and came back that afternoon and completed the work too! Thank you, very much!!!

Should have been here to service my boiler between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.. I received a text message saying that they'd be here between 12:00 and 12:30 p.m.. they never turned up and they never contacted me absolutely appalling. Home serve whom I have my cover with was put on hold by this company for almost 30 minutes to the point where she just had to hang up as I was waiting on chat. Avoid like the plague

Got us out of a tricky situation, came at short notice to free a pigeon stuck behind the gas fire. Took fire out and capped the gas pipe, all done in an hour.

Had a leaky boiler in the run up to Christmas. Vince was an absolute star and came out to fix it. Went above and beyond to get it sorted so that we wouldn't be left without for the festive season. As always very professional, efficient and left absolutely no question in my mind that the job would get done. Simple or complex this is the man I go to every time I have a heating or plumbing emergency. Can not rate him highly enough!
