These guys are busy for a reason! The lady on the phone is special to say the least. Super friendly and understanding service. I've only talked with them and scheduled services so far and... let me put it this way, if I was a NASCAR driver, it would be the Absolute Plumbing car!

Water Softener Buyer Beware – Hard Sell & Rude Exit On June 25 Absolute came to repair our 15-year-old Whirlpool water softener (bought from Lowe’s). He quickly declared it unrepairable and tried to sell me a $2,300–$2,500 commercial unit including labor. I asked if he would install a new Whirlpool from Lowe’s. Buyer beware. We had them out 1/25 to replace water heater. When replaced they up sold us on a "commercial unit" indicating it was just a better all around unit and would last much longer. The first of March the unit became unresponsive. I contacted them and requested service letting them know I believed it was under warranty still. The tech arrived. Had them come out to give me a bid. Called them two weeks later and was told they were still working on it. Around 2 weeks later called them and was informed that they wouldn't be able to get to my job because they are so booked up. Would of been nice to know that weeks ago.

Horrible called them to fix my sink a tech broke something and now I can’t use my kitchen sink at all. He left and never came back.
