I was hesitant to rate because I don’t want to give up the best kept secret in Lakewood but it’s just too good. This gym has literally every piece of equipment you could ever want,, from Olympic weights to dumbbells, to every machine, to every physical therapy apparatus, and even a Bulgarian Bag. Don't get buffaloed by a smith machine or a bow flex in whatever gym you’re using that probably costs more than Absolute Fitness. Ya got options, baby, to get you to your goals. The facility and support staff are fantastic, with two locations. The Federal Center location offers group training on Tuesday and Thursday. The training instructors (Julia, Kayla, Leah) are top notch. They put together a thoughtful program for every session that’s appropriate for the group, and they’re super supportive and encouraging. The manager Phil keeps the weight room are cardio equipment current and in great working condition. Add the very affordable membership, the setup can’t be beat. Highly recommend!
