I was hesitant to rate because I don’t want to give up the best kept secret in Lakewood but it’s just too good. This gym has literally every piece of equipment you could ever want,, from Olympic weights to dumbbells, to every machine, to every physical therapy apparatus, and even a Bulgarian Bag. Don't get buffaloed by a smith machine or a bow flex in whatever gym you’re using that probably costs more than Absolute Fitness. Ya got options, baby, to get you to your goals.
