These gyms have changed my life for the better. The Fed Center gym is my favorite. However some of the equipment could use some maintenance.

This gym is easily by far and away the best place to train in Jeffco. The machines are eclectic, the facility is maintained well and the staff are all awesome. All the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a solid community of good people!

I love this gym! It has all the equipment and weights that I need. Machines are always open, and people are courteous when it’s busy. I see the staff cleaning and vacuuming often and the trainers are dedicated and involved. Plus the 24 hour access and no contracts like other gym “bs” is great! Approachable and easy.

For starters, I should mention that it doesn't take much to impress me so this review is based on what I find as important in a "good" gym, which may not be the same for you. As another reviewer stated, I, too, was hesitant to give a 5 star review because good reviews bring more people, and more people increase the chances of someone coming and messing something up for the rest of us. 😂 Pros: Relatively large gym.
