Absolute Performance is hands-down an exceptional facility! The equipment and layout are top-tier, but what really sets this gym apart is the community Tom has built. Great environment! Onboarding was very detailed, comfortable, and upfront with multiple introduction’s to staff and other members. As someone in the customer service space this place is top notch and does it well. Enjoying the workouts and appreciate the modifications depending on fitness level
Not a fan of waking up that early, but once up and at gym I am totally glad to be there ! Love the personal attention and the family atmosphere. Looking forward to being stronger and more fit ! Inspired to eat healthier too.
I am 70 years old and have been coming to AP for over 10 years.Tom and staff are knowledgeable, encouraging and genuinely care about helping everyone improve no matter their fitness level. The facility is clean, well equipped and has a positive atmosphere.I highly recommend this gym !
I figured I'd come for a month or two over the winter, but half a year later I'm still here and loving it! Workouts are always well explained, so you never feel lost, but you can still push yourself hard. Friendly, down-to-earth people and super knowledgeable coaches.
