I’ve been attending classes at AP for a few weeks now, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and great at tailoring workouts to all fitness levels, making every session both challenging and achievable. I’ve seen improvements in my strength, endurance, and confidence in just 3 weeks. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this is the perfect place to push your limits and have fun doing it. This gym truly impressed me. I’ve been working out since I was young and started CrossFit at 18. Over the years, I’ve been a long-time member at two other CrossFit gyms and have gone through military training. I was a runner for many years and belonged to several gyms. I started at AP when I was 49 with an achilles injury and bad shoulder. I did not know what Crossfit was, and had never done a burpee, squat or deadlift. I was just looking for something to help me stay in shape. At 56, I am now in the best physical condition of my life. My experience at Absolute Performance has been life altering. Many gyms claim they are a community, but AP is truly that. I think it comes partly from the CrossFit culture, but more importantly it comes from the coaching staff. The coaches and athletes were all welcoming from Day 1 and that hasn’t changed in the 2 1/2 years I’ve been there. If you are looking for a gym to join that feels Like family where people truly care about you, then AP is the gym for you. Doesn’t matter if you are the most athletic, the strongest or the fastest. Nobody judges and everyone supports and encourages one another. I have been a member at several gyms in the Buffalo area and this one is special. I encourage anyone to come and experience AP
