To begin with this isn’t a work quality issue. This is an issue with a lack of common sense from the employees and unsavory management practices. The same management that has refused multiple times to rectify an issue of their own doing. Live in a HOA that they service; they blew grass all over myself and the inside of my vehicle when I was putting my child’s diaper bag into my car. Looked behind me and the guy didn’t even acknowledge me standing there or what he had done. Was wearing headphones not paying attention.
I took down my original review but even the handling of this review was unprofessional. Glad to post more details in the future. I am the public, and this concerns the public consumers wanting to make ethical choices.
Once again I used Absolute Outdoor Services to cleanup my front yard, plant perennials and remulch. They also repotted two indoor plants. Two of their best employees, Sonia and Alicia, performed the job beautifully. They gave me invaluable information on how to take care of the new plants and I learned much from them.
