Lindsey has been an incredible resource to me. In 2019 I transitioned to vegan lifestyle. Lindsey clearly provided me with the information I needed to remain healthy and fit. She identified certain things for me to look for in foods and how to pair foods for maximum nutrition. Happy to report its now 6 years and I feel great. Thank you Lindsey!!!!

Lindsay is amazing. I've looked to her nutrition advice for years. She's helped me in preparing for Spartan races, in reducing my body fat (but still enjoying food) and she helped me most recently with some food intolerance. She is the only person i would go to or recommend for nutritional counseling-the absolute best.
