If I could rate them lower I would. 8 weeks to get my mower back and not one call from them. I had to call every time to get an update or reason why it was not ready and now it is broke again because they left a part out, May 2016
Allowed free pick up of riding mower with coupon. Bill came to $250.00 to replace blade, change oil. Outrageous prices and rude never offered to show me parts they supposedly replaced. Have had nothing but problems with Snapper lawn tractor.
I purchased my snapper from Absolute mower in Newnan Ga. two years ago thinking I would get better service at a local shop than a "big box" store...NO SUCH LUCK!!! No wonder big businesses have taken over. When my TWO YEAR OLD snapper would no longer pull itself forward or reverse I brought it in thinking that since it was still under warranty I would get taken care of.
