I went there thinking my dashboard had fogged up, they checked it out and fixed it on the spot as it was just crazy scratched. AMAZING service. And really kind people. Thanks Jacques for the help, i really appreciate it.

Terrible experience, brought a car off someone who got a new radiator installed at this mechanic’s and they failed to fix everything, causing the motor to overheat just over 2 weeks later. Upon our purchase the seller said he had stated for this place to fully repair the car for his sale, in which they charged a large amount just to cover the problem temporarily. Upon getting advice from other mechanics this place has failed to provide an excellent service and they are very overly priced.
I‘ve been a client of the old owner, Nam, for a couple of years and always valued his service. I didn’t realise the workshop changed ownership. Last Wednesday I had an issue with my headlight not working. I came in and it was assessed that’s the cable that seems to be the issue. They told me it would take 3-4 hours and asked me to drop it off next morning. I called them the same day to let them know I couldn’t come the next day but noone picked up. It was quite surprising that the new owner took over. I thought the new owner would be able to provide the same good service as Nam did before. However, that wasn't the case. I took my car there for renewing WOF, and the result was my car failed the WOF. Then I received an email saying the car needed repairs to pass the WOF, and the repair cost could be at least $1100. I took my car to another place to check the WOF again, and it only cost me about $700 to repair, and the WOF passed. I recommend trying other places before de... read more
