I brought my daughter here to the postfalls location on Tuesday for a hair folical test. the gentleman working was very polite, allowed me to be present, and answered every question. Clean facility. encouraging wall decor really stuck out to me and i enjoyed reading their encouraging captions.

I showed up at the door at 4:44 and watched the guy turn the sign around to closed and still wouldn't let me take my test, putting me in jeopardy of being put in jail and unable to fight my case. What is a person supposed to do when you work for a living and they put your life at risk, the closing time is 4:45 and I find it completely out of line for them to be locking the door prior to closing time... They should be held accountable , just like they expect everyone else to ..

There is a major issue with this location. We have to call a number daily to see if we're selected for testing, and the hours listed are 6 AM to 4:45 PM on weekdays. This information is confirmed by their phone message, the sign on the door, their website, and the card they provide. However, when I arrived at 6 AM, the staff was not there.

I would like to express my concerns regarding the scheduling of judicial assistance. I arrived promptly at 6:00 AM as instructed, only to find the doors locked. There was another individual present who experienced the same issue. It is concerning that the notification suggests one should arrive at a specific time when the staff is not available to fulfill their responsibilities. This situation reflects poorly on the organization and raises questions about the reliability of the appointed service hours.

Their not open on weekends google says they are dont be fooled. Also they don't open until 9am this place has some issues with their schedule.
