Despite the unwillingness of a receptionist to give us an appointment for my husband, who now has cancer, to see dr Anderson, we did see him yesterday. The reason for not wanting my husband as a patient anymore was that he hadn't been there for a few years, as he was never sick. As usual dr Anderson took the time to listen. As a family we have been seeing dr Anderson for 28 years. I am happy we can continue to see him during the journey we are on now.
Dr Shultze did tongue tie release for both my children. Extremely kind, chatty, knowledgeable and professional. The release made an enormous difference - cut feeds down from an hour to 15 mins.

Often overbooked for weeks and charge more than other surgeries from my experience. The medical service is inconsistent in its treatment. Some doctors are good and others are simply not. I persisted with this doctor as he was friendly despite the rudeness of the reception staff. They could try being nicer to people. They hang up on you and don't listen to your needs.
