I came here about a year ago didn't have all my info with me and Jennifer was so nice look back through my records to help me out. Always a pleasure to come here so much better than going to home Depot you really feel taken care of ♥️♥️

I came in to have some keys made and Ryan was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I had some odd keys I wasn't able to find anywhere and they had all of them in stock. I was in and out in no time with everything I needed. I will definitely be returning if I need anything else key or lock related.
Best locksmith around. Ryan came out to rekey my house and did an incredible job. He was super friendly and my locks all work better than they ever have. I was surprised they were able to come out within hours of me calling too. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you for everything!!

I will never go back here, ever. This was the worst experience with any locksmith I have ever had. They broke my, formerly-waterproof, $450 motorcycle top-box while it was in their possession. They refuse to acknowledge that they broke it. The person who called me, Ben, yelled at me like a man-child and refused to give me his last name when asked. The front desk even acknowledged that sometimes the technicians "break things and leave it for them to deal with." I will be taking further action in relation to this incident.

Ryan,Susan and Jennifer at Absolute Locksmith are the best. Ryan's knowledge of locks is outstanding. Before using this company, I had hired another company to re-key the locks in my Laguna Niguel home. The locksmith that did that job was incompetent and messed everything up. Ryan examined my locks, determined what the other locksmith did wrong and repaired the locks in a short period of time at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company.
Ben Hashalom came to help me with my front door lock. Ben was very professional and kind. He fixed my front door better than it was before. Great job and service. He was very professional. We need more men like him. Thanks for your service.
