First time we called, response was quick and courteous. With follow-up call about a month later, they delivered good service, despite a few scheduling “hiccups”. To be fair, our situation was not an emergency, and delay of a few days was not a problem. Overall, we are pleased with Absolute Lock & Safe.
So I have a really worn out key that needed duplication. One place wouldn’t try. The second place had really awful service and said ‘This probably won’t work.’ And then I found Ian at Absolute Lock & Safe right in my neighborhood. Great attitude. He said ‘If this doesn’t work, bring me the car and I will make it work.’ Of course you know it worked perfectly. Easy to find at 3007 Rigsby #114 with mobile service available.
