First negative review I have ever written. Asked for a service visit - 22 miles from the store. They sent someone in a sedan with maybe 3 tools. He tried to crank the machine and then said there was nothing he could do and it probably was not fixable. They charged us over $500. We called and complained twice. Promised a credit twice - didn't happen. Promised a return phone call from the service manager twice. Still waiting for that but not holding our breath. Last important note. They had the product we were looking for today. We do wish they had a better way to access their parking lot from the street. It is at an odd angle turning in immediately after the light if you are turning left
Clint over at absolute talked me into renting the new Stinger stand on aerator with the seeder box and boys let me tell ya I didn't know what I was missing that machine is the one for the job if your like me and have a 13 Acer field first on the list to aerate and seed for the season idk how that guy does it but we appreciate you out here Clint changing the game for Kubota
This has been by far the best experience with any service department I’ve ever had, they are fast, efficient, and always keep you informed! These guys have went above and beyond for me in the last few week!
