First I'd like to say I agree with the other reviewer Maggy S, but I'd like to caveat that they should be named Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Kitchen Distributors. The owner, as he calls himself, is rude and obnoxious. Beyond that, they screwed up my cabinet order and tried to blame it on my cabinets being delivered to the wrong address. Once they knew this excuse was going to fly, they then blamed it on the cabinet maker and blew my whole renovation schedule by more than a week. They should change their name to Absolute WORST Kitchen Distributors. The company was recommended by my contractor and from the beginning I had nothing but problems. The sales person I worked with had nothing to offer creatively to help with the design and they HAND WRITE all their orders out. Here's are some of the highlights: - The cabinets I originally wanted weren't available and the salesman didn't know about it; - I wanted to be notified when the counters were being measured so I could make sure it was what I wanted.
