guess it is too bad if you have a job. 13.5 hours during the 4th of July week to get your download done and all of them are during the 9-5 work hours so you have to take off work or pay a fee. Not what I would call a customer service based business, more like the criminal justice system, if you don't like it too bad, they will just get to charge you more.
