If you are debating whether or not to make an appt here, please call. From a young person who has been hanging on by a thread for years from back pain, they have actually got me to a point far enough away from pain that my body is not on constant guard anymore. I am really grateful for their expertise, well thought out regime, and dedicated providers and staff. Super unfortunate it took me this long to find them, but I am very positive about my end results with them. Thank you!!
As a runner who lacks flexibility, this stretch program has been amazing for my recovery. The staff listens to my greatest concerns (hamstrings, calves and hips) and has helped me improve my range of motion. I continue to see improvement in overall stiffness and my recovery days are more comfortable. If you’re a runner who “isn’t flexible”, this is a great program that will help your deficit!
