I had applied for insurance and Emma was so rude when I was emailing her back to ask additional questions. She was not professional at all. I have a good rate with GEICO I was just shopping around to see if I could find cheaper insurance but I’m going to stick with GEICO I never receive an attitude or witty responses when I have questions. When Emma was responding it felt like she was kind of mocking me, bad business 0 out of 10 do not recommend.
