Shayne the owner of Absolute is a very personable guy, rapid text response, fast worker, a real worker-bee, no nonsense / no fooling around & not argumentative. (Many contractors will re-negotiate as the work progresses even after a final price is determined - they re-negotiate what needs to be done - I HATE that - especially hedge trimmers, other contractors as well - not the case with Absolute) I found him honest and easy to work with as we wanted to do some Reno work after the insulation was removed. Shane and his crew did an awesome job. It was done in a very timely manner, they took care to keep everything clean and tidied up afterwards. They were very friendly and Shane went over the before and after with photos to show what they had done. I would highly recommend Shane and Absolute Insulation.
shoutout to Shayne and his team for all the grunt work when cleaning out and treating the crawlspace along with the blow-in inuslation of the attic. Shayne was prompt at answering all of my phone calls and any questions I had. additionally the final cost for work completed and debris hauled away to the dump came in lower than I was quoted! would recommed Aboslute Insulation to anyone looking for afforable insulation solutions ofr their new or used homes. The quote was reasonable, the work was done quickly and efficiently and they even repaired some trusses on my roof with a reasonable extra cost.
