Dr. Greaud is an exceptional personal trainer. After 8 years of training with him, he still creates workouts for me that are interesting and stimulating - and I workout in my own home. I am in the best shape of my life at age 65 thanks to him. The combination of weight training, conditioning and kickboxing keep me fit and in good health. My husband has been working out with him for 6 years now and his health has improved dramatically. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
