July 2021. I ran into a problem on a do it yourself kitchen remodel. Replacing a dry rotted sill plate on an exterior bearing Wall was more than I wanted to take on. I called Matthew Thornton of Absolute Home&Kitchen Solutions and he came out the next day to give me a bid.
