Rich is a true professional and an all around great guy. He helped us to refinance our townhome and not only got us the best rate of anyone we talked to, he got it done quickly and kept on top of everything to make sure the closing happened quickly. There are so many moving pieces, even with a relatively simple refinance, so his attention to detail was crucial. Rich was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. He helped us through each step of the home mortgage process and made it quick and painless. He was available to us anytime we had a question or needed a quote for a particular home. He even responded after work hours and on the weekend! The other great part is that everything was done online, which saved us so much time and allowed us to close on our home in 45 days. You cannot go wrong with choosing Rich for your home mortgage.
