Highly recommend Denis! we had someone else before that was good. but then we found denis and he was GREAT. he gave us options on how to get the best type of mortage. great at thinking outside of the box. he made us confident in our choice of choosing him. every step of the way, we felt as though we were his number one priority. as first time home buyers this process was scary. but denis was able to keep things calm and answer all 394 questions i had. he was never too busy to talk to us. cant recommend him enough!

I came to Ivan Gridnev through a friend who also used him for their home purchase. The pre-approval process was straightforward. As a first time, self employed home buyer, I had a lot of questions, and Ivan guided me through the entire process. Fast mortgage commitment, with limited conditions and he delivered the same rate as quoted originally. Made a potentially difficult process easy and understandable. Would highly recommend and will use him again.

Denis Zhukov did a such great job . There are such moments in life, and especially when you are selling a house, that you see that you have been used and your realtor, whom you entrusted to sell your house, does not work in your favor, but works in favor of the buyer who wanted to buy your house at a lower price.
