Not professional at all, they don't communicate or actually help you unless your in there upset. Don't use this place.
Absolute joke. Been going for 1 year only for Ozempic. They've reduced their hours to ONE DAY PER WEEK...from 5 days a week. No patients have ever been in lobby or exam rooms EXCEPT me and they still keep you waiting past your appt time.(But i kept on coming every month snd kept my thoughts of them quiet.) Even when they were available all week, like a REGULAR primary doctor (which they are also). Hmmm. When I quit them due to being open only one day a week. ABSOLUTE HEALTHCARE IS THE WORST. DO NOT GO THERE. I had an appt this morning at their location at Busch Blvd in Tampa. I found the gate locked. I called and got transferred to the Port Richey office. They told me my doctor left for another position and so the office is closed. No one notified me when my doctor left, and I got the usual reminder emails and texts for days before asking me to confirm my appt. The receptionist at Port Richey said they called me to reschedule my appt, but I didn't answer, and they left a voicema... read more
