I highly recommend Smriti Singh! I came in with a left body injury that made it difficult to do normal stuff . After just a few sessions, I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in my mobility. Smriti Singh provided a personalized plan and explained every exercise clearly. I finally feel like I have my life back!
I’ve been a patient at absolute health and wellness for over a year now, seen both Physio, massage and naturopath. I see Physio every week I see massage multiple times a month and a natural path every 4 to 6 months. They have always been very accommodating. It is a very friendly atmosphere and all of their healthcare professionals have been incredible. I see Urvi, Donni-Grace and Derika. All who have been top notch at helping with my recovery.
Dr. Kayla Rynne, the chiropractor is truly wonderful. I struggled with sciatica for over three years after my pregnancy and had almost lost hope, but she really understood my pain and helped relieve it. I’m so grateful and would strongly recommend her to anyone dealing with sciatica.
Staff there are amazing!!!! Such a warm environment!!!
