Extremely frustrated with the office staff and referral process I really wanted to like this place because it’s close to home and my physician is genuinely amazing—knowledgeable, caring, and one of the best I’ve had. 5 star Team. Each and every one of the Providers is special. Dr. E recommended an Absolute Health store supplement which has been life-changing. I feel 20 again! Ms. Matilda is awesome. This one-star review is for the Billing Department only, not the providers. I’ve been a patient at Absolute Health for nearly 8 years and have seen multiple providers — all of them have been excellent. Unfortunately, billing has been a constant issue. I often pay my co-pay at visits, only to be told later there’s still a balance. Earlier this year, I was told I had a credit after overpaying due to an insurance change, but at my most recent visit that credit had turned into a balance instead. Matilda is a newer PA at Absolute Health. Many of us have been patients there far longer than she has been employed there. Matilda’s line of questioning is what I would consider inappropriate and out of the norm for this practice. Many patients are fearful and it takes allot for them to seek medical help. Many patients have financial constraints that hinder their ability to purchase a long list of supplements “from our dispensary”.
