This one-star review is for the Billing Department only, not the providers. I’ve been a patient at Absolute Health for nearly 8 years and have seen multiple providers — all of them have been excellent. Unfortunately, billing has been a constant issue. I often pay my co-pay at visits, only to be told later there’s still a balance. Matilda is a newer PA at Absolute Health. Many of us have been patients there far longer than she has been employed there. Matilda’s line of questioning is what I would consider inappropriate and out of the norm for this practice. Many patients are fearful and it takes allot for them to seek medical help. Went in for appointment check in 30 minutes early appointment was at 9.30 at 9.34 they call me to counter and you didn’t get check in I showed her we’re my check in was complete on my phone it isn’t my fault you’re system knot working right then took me back to a room I told them I had another appointment at 11.30 my appointment was at 9.30 I set in the room until 10.30 still no doctors then I go to leave ask did I owe anything she said no then the doctor walks out I told her I am leaving she acted like she didn’t care I’m g... read more

This office is impossible to deal with. David was the absolute worst. I have had a fractured ankle for 7 weeks now, and they still cannot and obviously do not want to do their job. They cannot get the referral right for me to see the orthopaedist. I have called each week to give them the information they need to put and the codes given to me, but they do not do it.
