Attempted murder would be the best way to put it! I have a fine lawyer, and almost wish the idiot would have hit me so I could put the company in the ground (seeing that they didn’t put me there first, of course!). Pouring rain & I had to STAND on my breaks to keep from having an accident, pictures included to give an idea of the weather conditions that make this selfish and ignorant behavior even more dangerous.
