This place has the work customer service I've ever experienced. My bedroom window was broken in an attempted robbery on Saturday and I was told that my window would be fixed today (Monday). The rental office outsourced the job to Absolute Glass Works, who showed up at 10:30 without confirming with us whether or not the time would be good. They measured the window and promptly left telling us that he would go and get the glass cut. They're now closed (at 5) without calling us to let us know any kind of updates.
