Courtney is the best PT I’ve ever worked with! Courtney provides everything you need to get yourself back on track physically in one stop. Her expertise has allowed me to not only work through old injuries, but to continue to make improvements that have resulted in better mobility, movement, and strength gains than I have had in years. If you do any type of sport or exercise, and are looking for someone to help you rehab or prehab, I cannot recommend her enough.
