Unable to cancel my membership becuase the persons managing the "contact us" email dosen't check or do any calcenations until the friday of each week. The woman on the phone was VERY unprofessional! Telling me I had to have a written letter for a 30 day cancellation. Either way, her informing me, she doesn't "check the mailbox until friday of each week" or " I will get to your cancellation when I get to it" - I can't fathom treating anyone in such a way. Fake it till you make it.
All of the reviews that state the communication is poor and the unprofessionalism is the worst are not lies. Don't waste your time or money. The place is dirty, no a/c, no heat, and complete disrespect.
