I joined Absolute Fitness using the 6 week Bootcamp as I wanted to try something new for my fitness and for support with nutrition and it's been one of the best things I've ever done. Can’t recommend Absolute Fitness enough! I don’t do well in commercial gyms and have been looking for exactly this for a long time: a strong community that does full body workouts together! Classes are well structured and never the same, instructors are very welcoming and the community is super friendly. I am really enjoying my time there and wish I found this gym sooner!

The hour at the gym flies by. The instructors are all friendly and helpful, making sure there is an alternative if you are finding something difficult. There is no pressure and you can go at your own pace, which makes me feel comfortable in the gym. I certainly have more energy since joining the gym and wish I had done it sooner
