I enrolled in Absolute Fitness 6 Week Transformation Bootcamp six weeks ago, as someone who never used to exercise due to not having the confidence to be in a large environment. However, this has changed thanks to the group being very welcoming, all my instructors are always supporting and encouraging me to better myself, the atmosphere made me really resilient, and now as someone who didn’t like exercising, im always exited for the next session. I have seen a massive difference in my strength and fitness already.

Amazing full body classes on a schedule that works with me and my life. The friendly, knowledgeable instructors make sure that you aren't flailing around without any idea how to do anything. the variety of workouts is great and keeps you interested and motivated. i never thought i could enjoy going to a gym, getting all red and sweaty but i genuinely can't recommend enough!

In a word, Absolute Fitness Peterborough is AWESOME! Everything from the equipment to the Trainers is of a high standard. Holly and her team know their stuff and combine the right amount of motivation and patience to help me get results. Having lost 2.5 stone before joining them, my goal was not to regain weight and tone up. Fantastic gym with brilliant coaches! If you are a woman looking for somewhere that will help you achieve your fitness goals whatever your starting level then I highly recommend Holly and the team at Absolute Fitness. The classes are so varied but I love the ethos and the fact that it is a women only space creates a really special atmosphere. You won't regret being part of Absolute Fitness for a second!

I have just completed the 6 weeks transformation plan at Absoloute fitness and it has been amazing! Each class is so well planned and makes me work to my maximum levels, which is important as I am a very busy working mum and don’t have hours to waste in a gym. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Absoloute fitness to everyone looking to join.
