Great service! My treadmill was apart and in a couple of pieces due to moving. I reached out to a few companies, and only Absolute Fitness was able to service my area. Responded quickly and was able to schedule me very quickly as well. Arrived on time, and was able to put my treadmill back together very quickly. The tech was respective and knowledgeable. I was very please and happy with this company. I highly recommend.

We have been long time customers. We were low balled on an offer for them to buy back my arc trainer and an additional treadmill (which I see on the website for WAY MORE than they proposed). Nonetheless we accepted their offer, and they promised to bring the check when they picked up the equipment. NOPE. We keep calling and getting different excuses like the “check is in the mail” or “they guy who writes the check is away” or “we mailed it I swear”. I do USPS dashboard so NOPE YOU DID NOT MAIL IT.
