Absolute Fitness is such a great gym! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming no matter your fitness level. The space is clean, the equipment is well-kept, and I love that it’s open 24/7. It really feels like a supportive community, not just a place to work out. Highly recommend if you’re in Freeport!
Absolute Fitness is such a nice gym. Kara does an amazing job making new members feel welcome. She is also an excellent trainer and very motivating. The gym is also super clean, and they are always adding new equipment.
Absolute Fitness is the best gym in our community! The owners are nice and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their members. It’s a small, local business with a beautiful setup. The gym itself is clean and well-equipped. Membership includes the sauna, cold plunge, and 24/7 entry makes it unbeatable. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a gym.
Love this gym and all the amenities included in membership. Recently was having some neck shoulder issues and was going to a chiropractor and wasn’t getting any relief and started using the sauna and cold plunge at Absolute Fitness and has made a tremendous difference. If you’re looking for a great place to work out and good recovery options come to Absolute Fitness! Best part is it’s included in membership.
I love going to Absolute Fitness! As an over 60 person, i can say they welcome everyone! It doesn't matter your fitness level, it's a great, fun place to workout! I'm in my 5th month of going here and love the atmosphere and all the wonderful workout equipment. I highly recommend that you come check it out. They have a lot to offer!
