I recently joined because their setup is well planned and placed, they have a lot of extra space in the adjoining area/room where the rowing machines, heavy weights, and other exercise equipment is located. They have classrooms set up for the different aerobics, cycling, and other physical training sessions. Plenty of drinks and snacks are available, you can carry a balance on your membership which, for me, makes it easy to grab a drink and snack when I need one. Great gym, friendly staff, well taken care of facilities. The men’s sauna could use a little work, few loose boards and whatnot.
Absolute is one of the most friendly gyms! I’m always made to feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door!
The staff is so welcoming and helpful . I love this gym specially because it has a women’s only room and it makes me feel more comfortable.
