The best trainers and equipment. I love their music and the dim lighting as well.
Guys at front desk were super rude, treated my underage daughter very poor. Telling her that everything was new, under new management, and she no longer had a membership, they refused to look up her name in the computer....we being going there for a few months, by the way. Did not give her any info on how to transfer or any options to the new membership...
Love supporting local businesses! My only few critiques refer to the women’s restroom never having hand soap or toilet paper, especially during 5pm rush (some nice lady ended up bringing her own hand soap and leaving it for others) and the air fresheners are always very strong as well as really close to machines.
Clean facility. No wait for equipment. Friendly staff. The personal trainer Jeremy Romero is amazing.
