Stay away from this company as far as you can!! I called and was given a quote of £120 for unblocking the toilet. There was no further information given about potential price increase should the engineers need to do more work. Then I was given a new price of total £350 and noone mentioned it was price + vat!! In the end I paid nearly £400 for a job thar supposed to be £120!!
