I sold a house recently, closing on 10/05/2022. The buyer's real estate agent used Absolute Electric for the inspection service. They sent an unlicensed employee to perform the inspection. Thier only training was how to list any and everything they could think of regardless of code requirements and then overcharged at $1,150.
