Only fours stars because he was late and he couldn't clean the duct from the outside. On to the good stuff, they did call to inform me they were running late, and the reason he couldn't clean from the outside is b/c it's a third floor condo. I feel he went above and beyond the call of duty though because we could see the clogged vent from my balcony. He dangled himself out my bedroom window (3 stories up) to free the cage over my vent that was trapping the wad of lint. This after I told him my useless condo assoc told me to ... read more
Never received a receipt and the cleaning was poorly done using a shop vac most of the time. I had to use my own shop vac to clean them more thoroughly and got cards, wood, and debris out myself. I would NOT recommend.
