I called last week and spoke to Dale. Gave me a date and time of Tuesday 9/18/2018 between 8 and 8:30 am to come take a look at our basement and give an estimate (we have water coming into our walkway in our basement when it rains). I had to call, on the day of our appointment, as no one had showed up or called, to see if anyone was going to come to our house. Scheduled estimates but then wanted to get out of doing that. Last week, Dale set up a time and date with my wife for an estimate this morning, September 18, 2018 for between 8-8:30. No one showed up between that time. She calls him 30 minutes later and was told they are on their way right now. Minutes later, he calls back to tell her that he can come oit to make it out to our place (we live less than 10 minutes from their location) but that he can't do work for 6 months anyway and that we should find someone else and then h... read more

We are very pleased with the work Dale and his crew did in waterproofing our basement and installing the sump pump. They are efficient, polite, and knowledgeable . We would highly recommend them to anyone .
