Because most of the items this store inventories are scratch and dent, factory seconds or discontinued they are quite affordable. Having said that they are often defective. A little more than a month ago I bought two items from this store and both broke within a weeks time. When I went back in to exchange the products the owners were quie rude and pointed to a sign that said "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" Also the phone was ringing off the hook with customers wanting refunds!
