First time visiting, but felt like I'd been there before. All members of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and took genuine interest in our day. The explanations of our results were clear and informative, and every step of the way we felt welcome. I recently took a very shy friend to have a check up, and they knew how to talk to him, and put us both at ease for a normally nerve racking experience.
