I have been attempting to contact billing for over a week and have yet to reach a person. I am going to be switching dentists because no one can be bothered to pick up the phone.

Good dentist and pleasant staff. Wait time is often 30 minutes past app Also, the front office staff at the 4th street office in Reno are pleasant, but struggle with the English language.
