I tried going in today to get a basic cut and highlights and was turned away.. it was barely 3:40pm. As soon as I walked in two of the ladies working there just glanced at me, didn’t stand up, they just yelled across the room “how can I help?” And when I said a cut and dye they said “we don’t do that here” but the sign on the glass states perms, dyes, cuts and highlights?! So what do they do there besides turn customers away?
