I have had Tommy and his team run 2 different projects at my home for me with excellent results for both! We had water damage and they came in and restored and upgraded our flooring and our counters for us. I would say price was definitely fair and he showed us material fees for the project which really helped us to feel like they truly where being transparent on all aspects of the job. I’ve worked with Absolute in the past and considering their mission statement “Our entire team is committed to take pride in our workmanship, in being punctual and doing clean quality work in a professional manner. Beware!! Ross Edwards hired us Dec. 19 to replace a window. Services performed. Never paid. Total of 18 calls he would not return. Then two weeks ago I called from unknown phone and he answered, gave us a phony credit card, now will not answer his calls. We are out having to pay materials and installers. Then ignoring our calls.
