We are so glad we purchased our spa at Absolute Comfort. Brad and Mike were so knowledgeable and accommodating. They were also very friendly and helped us get the right spa. We had been to four other stores and were surprised that not only was Absolute Comfort the most affordable, all the other stores were a month to two months for delivery. We had our hot tub spa installed last week and we are just loving it! The installation went very smooth. Mike and Sonny did an outstanding job even though it was very hot outside. Their instructions for operating the controls and using the chemicals was very good. Our sales person Jesse did a great job coordinating the installation time and working with the electrician to make sure everything was ready to go when we needed it. Where do I start? Kat has been so incredible from start to finish! She absolutely knows the meaning of customer service & hot tubs …guiding me through the beginning over the phone all the way to making a special trip personally on Thanksgiving to fill up the hot tub to ensure it was ready for us to use the next day. Hello, we purchased a hot tub from Kat and received the hot tub on May 23rd. We were told by Kat that they would bring the proper equipment to get the tub where it was needed, that did not happen as they had to use our back property (which if it was not our property how would they have done it?) and when asked about the proper equipment they responded with “the other truck has it”.
